Sassy, savoury and strikingly serious. Overflowing with aromas of pink lady apple, cherry blossom and pink grapefruit with a slight savoury edge. A vibrant palate of fresh cherries, pink grapefruit, and a hint of musk, backed by crisp, zesty lime acidity. Only one rule; drink any day, any time with or without food.

- Vintage NotesWarm. Humid. Fast. La Niña turned up the heat, and the vines barely had time to blink. A warm winter meant less sleep for the vines, but the south delivered again. With sharp vineyard management and well-timed picks, we nailed the balance between ripeness, acidity and flavour. The result? Bright, textured, fruit-forward wines with serious drinkability and energy.
- WinemakingTempranillo and Sangiovese hand-picked when looking lush. Chilled, flipped, tipped and pressed the next day to give a dash of colour. The cloudy pink juice was wild fermented with no additions to ensure nothing but pure fruit comes to play.
