A warm and early La Niña season marked by high humidity, low rainfall and rapid ripening. A warmer-than-usual start to winter in 2024 shortened vine dormancy, reducing yields. The cooler south proved its worth once again, with careful vineyard management ensuring optimal flavour development and retention of natural acidity. The result?
