Returns & Refunds
On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered Stella Bella Wines will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery.
In the event that an order is damaged or partially lost during transit, the customer must, within 14 working days of delivery of the goods, notify Stella Bella giving reasonable particulars of any such alleged damage or partial loss. The custoemr acknowledges and agrees that no claim whatsoever shall be accepted by the Stella Bella (or any of its agents) for any damage to, or partial loss of, the Shipments which occurred during transit where written notice is not provided within this period. On accepting the customers claim, Stella Bella will at its discretion replace or refund the goods and pay for any additional delivery charges. Whilst your wine will be replaced or fully refunded, Stella Bella Wines requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.
The customer understands that it is their responsibility to inform Stella Bella of any change in address and delivery details. Charges incurred with recovery of wines to an old or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a wine is found to be faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Notification must be given to us within 14 working days of delivery.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any damages, incorrect orders or faults and arrange for the a replacement or return of the product. Once the details or wine is received we will assess the situation or wine fault and refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges. Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. Stella Bella is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment or storage/cellaring.
In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. Where an Item ordered is not available we may accept the order for the remaining Items ordered which are available.
However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another of equal value.
